e-bill

CTC’s e-bill allows you to pay your bill online, either directly from your checking account, savings account or using a credit card. No bills to receive, no checks
to mail. All at no charge to you.

Once signed up for e-bill, an e-mail is sent out monthly alerting you that your CTC bill is available online. Then you simply log into CTC’s e-bill system and select your payment amount and payment method: credit card or direct deduction from your checking or savings account.

Proof of payment will show up on the CTC e-bill website, as well as on your monthly credit card or bank statement.
