Central Office and Equipment (COE) Technician. The COE Technician is responsible for maintaining, installing, and testing all types of central office facilities including Siemens EWSD, Taqua, Genband M6 Switch applications, OC-12 and OC-48 transport equipment, AFC subscriber carrier systems, Panaway, Calix , Optical Solutions fiber to the home and Cisco network equipment and SOMA wireless platforms. The COE will monitor the quality of toll, EAS, special circuits, and other subscriber carrier facilities. Monitoring alarm reports, clearing troubles, and network maintenance is required.
Our ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of digital switching and Soft Switch technologies, TCP/IP Protocols, Unix administration, fiber optic systems, and subscriber and trunk carrier systems.

ILEC Residential Account Executive (RAE). The RAE is responsible to promote and sell CTC’s products and services which include telephone, Internet and Digital TV services to residents in the area. The ILEC Residential Account Executive enhances existing services through up-selling products and services. The RAE will identify opportunities, sales applications, propose solutions, close sales, and is responsible for on-going management of accounts.
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of the telecommunications industry, products, and services. In addition, our candidate will have experience in outbound calling to customers to sell services. Must be able to communicate professionally in both oral and written form. Professionalism in dress is required and the desire to participate in community activities is required.
